Off-Grid 480V 3-Phase Solar

Build Smarter. Build for Less.

Custom mono-slope buildings with steel insulated panels, 480V 3-phase solar integration, and dramatically lower material costs.

Steel Insulated Panels. Lower Cost.

FarmSpace structures use steel insulated panels — rigid foam sandwiched between two steel skins. The same wall system used in commercial cold storage, but applied to post-frame construction. The result: a fully insulated, weathertight building at a fraction of traditional stick-frame or block construction cost.

Every structure is site-specific. We work with your land's grade, soil, and use case. No prefab kits — these are real post-frame and steel-hybrid builds, engineered for coastal wind loads and severe weather.

Solar Integration

Every Roof is a Power Plant

The mono-slope roofline isn't just structural — it's the optimal mounting angle for solar arrays. We design every structure to be solar-ready from the first post, with conduit runs and panel mounts integrated into the framing.

Paired with 480V 3-phase inverter systems, these buildings can power welders, air compressors, CNC machines, and heavy shop equipment directly from the roof above.

Industrial-grade power for heavy equipment, not just lights and outlets

Mono-Slope Angle

Single-pitch roof optimized for panel orientation and rain shedding

Integrated Conduit

Wiring runs built into the frame — no ugly surface-mount retrofits

What We Build

Every project is different. Here's what these structures can be.

Open-Air Barns

Single-pitch roof on posts. Equipment storage, livestock shade, hay cover. Maximum airflow, minimal material.

Enclosed Workshops

Steel insulated panel walls, clerestory glazing, roll-up doors. Workshop below, office or loft above. Climate-controlled without the cost.

Hybrid Structures

Part open, part enclosed. Combine a covered equipment bay with sealed storage or living quarters in a single roofline.

Multi-Building Compounds

Clusters of structures that work together — shared rooflines, covered walkways, unified solar arrays across buildings.

Elevated Builds

Raised-floor construction for flood zones or uneven terrain. Concrete piers, treated posts, engineered floor systems.

Solar-First Design

Roof pitch, orientation, and structural loading calculated for panel arrays from day one. 480V 3-phase wiring integrated into the frame.

From Posts in the Ground to Power on the Roof

We handle the full scope — footings, framing, roofing, panel cladding, glazing, electrical, and solar rough-in. One crew, one timeline.

How It Works

01

Site Visit

We walk your land, assess grade and soil, talk through what the structure needs to do and what power you need.

02

Design + Quote

Custom layout with dimensions, materials, solar capacity, and cost. No surprises — you see exactly what you're getting.

03

Build

Posts set in concrete, steel frame raised, panels hung, roof decked, solar conduit run. Typical build: 2-6 weeks depending on scope.

04

Power Up

Solar array mounted, inverters wired, system commissioned. Your building is generating power and ready to work.

Not Just Buildings

Build a Compound

Multiple structures around a shared courtyard. Workshop, studio, living quarters, covered outdoor space — all connected, all solar-powered, all built with the same steel-panel system at a cost that makes the whole thing possible.
